I LOVE Trinidadian food.Day 4 of Blogtober calls to post your favorite recipe. One of my favorites of all time is Saltfish Buljol. It is a simple meal and can be eaten at any time of the day. It is usually made for breakfast with fried or coconut bake or some kind of bread.
